But being an Australian, muesli is one of the treats that make our breakfast more versatile and tasty.
Think of yoghurt being mixed with muesli fruit and nuts with even a little apricot and mint leaves in there.
That is tasty to the max.
Oats are healthy and they have numerous uses in food; most commonly, they are rolled or crushed into oatmeal, or ground into fine oat flour.
You can also use oats in things such as porridge, in a variety of baked goods, in oatcakes, in oatmeal cookies and oat bread. But of course muesli is a fabulous use for this eats and you feel healthier at the end of it all.
Along with muesli for breakfast, you should have a orange juice, apple juice or pineapple juice.
You could also make yourself a smoothie such as banana or strawberry.
