Multivitamins: Good or Bad?

There is a lot of debate in the world about wether or not multi vitamin tablets and pills are actually any good for us.

According to advertisements, they are, and by default most people in the world believe that they are a short cut to living a perfectly healthy life.

However, this is far from the truth.

While there is no doubting the benefits multi vitamin tablets can have on any body, the reality is they do not do that much.

What the most important thing for any person wanting to live a healthy life is to eat nutritional foods.

The age old saying goes, “let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food”.

And there is no questioning that theory. The most effective way of ensuring good health and a nutritional diet is to eat good, organic food.

Supplements like multi vitamin tablets are good to use on top of a great diet, but by no means should they be used as a replacement.

There are a lot of people out there that feel they can eat whatever they like, or as little as they like, and just rely on a Centrum tablet to solve all their problems.

Well, it is laughable that people think this, and they should be vary wary of what the ramifications can be with this philosophy.

Having mentioned all of the above, i will add that multi vitamins are STILL good for you, and they are recommended for any person to take daily.

With the lack of minerals in the earth’s soil, we are getting less than we should be everyday, therefore multi vitamin tables are perfect for additional replenishments in a diet, rather than the foundation of a diet.
