It is pretty hard to beat a good pizza, and this one will taste great while remaining true to your healthy aims.
What you will need:
2 flat pita bread bases
100 grams low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup reduced-salt tomato paste
2 slices salami, cut into small sections
1 cup chopped broccoli
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Spread the tomato paste on the pita bread. Top with salami, broccoli and cheese. Sprinkle with mixed herbs.
Cook for about 10 minutes or until the base is nice and crispy.
