Looking for a healthy snack that is a little bit funky?
Whip out your blender and try this tasty smoothie recipe. It is choc full of great nutrients, and it certainly gets the taste buds excited.
You will need:
20 grams of wheatgrass, rinsed and chopped
1 small clove of garlic, peeled
2 celery sticks, trimmed
75 grams of watercress
Simply juice the wheatgrass, garlic and celery together and then set aside.
Juice the watercress bit by bit.
Once you have finished juicing both, mix them together in one glass and serve.
