Vitamin C

ORANGES are beautiful this time of year.

The citrus makes you feel genuinely healthy after a hard days’ work.

They’re also great for your skin’s appearance, helping ease and prevent acne problems.

Even if you squeeze them into orange juice, that is also a fantastic way to save money instead of buying orange juice from the shelves of supermarkets that are all full of preservatives and sugar.

Having one orange a day can help fight diseases such as cancer and heart conditions according to leading doctors.

The best way to serve an orange is to cut it in half and then cut it again into quarters, just like how you have them at half time during junior football.

It is the perfect way to replenish your system after being out in the sun.

It’s all about vitamin C.
